Entrepreneur and growth operator
Vicente De Los Mozos is an entrepreneur and growth operator based in Miami, Florida. He is the founder of Hack The Stats, an agency that builds content distribution networks and client acquisition systems for high-ticket businesses, and an operating partner in The Media Solutions, a Spanish-language creator-growth company.
He did not arrive at this through a conventional route. By his own account he spent his early years reckless and directionless, drawn to whatever was happening rather than anything he had chosen. He has described himself in that period as not fearless but lost, moving on impulse and never weighing the cost. He worked, and worked hard, but the money never stayed. What changed was noticing that people his own age were earning many times what he did without visibly working harder. They were playing a different game, and he did not know the rules.
The response was deliberate and slow. He began reading material nobody around him was reading, sought out mentors, worked through interviews and courses he had to save up to afford, and reinvested what he earned back into learning rather than spending it. His view was that if he could understand the mechanics, he would not simply be making money, he would have some control over what happened next.
Applying it came in stages: selling digital products, investing, and eventually marketing for other businesses. The last of those was the turn. Helping other companies earn more turned out to earn him more in the process, and that was his first encounter with leverage as something structural rather than something you grind for. The distribution and acquisition work he does today is a direct extension of that idea.
His work sits across two problems most businesses treat separately: getting attention, and converting it. On the distribution side he operates a managed network of independent editors who cut long-form video and livestream footage into short-form clips, published at volume across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Editors are paid per verified view rather than per clip, an incentive structure built to tie payment to performance rather than output. On the conversion side he builds the machinery that catches that attention: paid media, funnels, customer relationship systems, and AI voice agents that qualify and book inbound leads.
He works natively in English and Spanish, operating across the United States, Spain and Latin America. That bilingual range is uncommon in a field where most operators serve a single market, and it has shaped his client base, which spans creator growth, luxury vehicle sales, international business services, legal services and consumer apparel.
A recurring theme in his work is advertising in categories the major platforms restrict or prohibit outright. He has developed operating frameworks for medical and aesthetic procedures, men's health, international introduction services, employment and immigration, and finance, defining what may be claimed on each advertising surface and what evidence a given claim requires. It is an unglamorous specialism few operators pursue, and one that has become a defining part of his practice.
Worked across selling digital products online, investing, and marketing for other businesses. The marketing work proved the most durable: improving another company’s results scaled his own income in a way trading hours never had. That principle became the foundation of everything since.
Founded Hack The Stats with co-founder and chief operating officer Jordi Merucci Duplas. The company began with a focus on patient acquisition for private clinics and medical tourism operators, then expanded into creator growth and short-form content distribution. It now works across both, serving clients in the United States, Spain and Latin America.
Builds and operates the distribution infrastructure behind The Media Solutions, a Spanish-language creator-growth agency co-founded by Merucci. Covers the editor network, campaign management and the client-facing funnels.
